Freeman Insurance Office Building Site Design

Tagish Engineering was engaged by Freeman Insurance to assist with the design of their new office building site within the Town of Innisfail. This design process included the review of the proposed building site and preparing the site plans for the development permit. A grading and stormwater plan was prepared for the parking lot and site area that was able to control storm water runoff and limit down stream impacts. Coordination with Alberta Transportation was also required as the storm water outlet for the site was to discharge into their right-of-way.
