PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
Downtown Streetscape and Road Reconstruction, project consists of removing and replacing all of the existing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters and paved surfaces. The existing concrete /paving stone sidewalks were replaced with traffic calming with Allen Block planters and benches at ends and midpoints of each block and sidewalk replacements that consist of an elaborate train track design. The results are an aesthetic street that provides pedestrians areas to relax and converse.
